At Rhodes Boutique we always strive to make you happy!

For Full Priced Items ordered online, if you are not pleased with your purchase, contact us within 5 (five) days of the delivery date via email to sales@rhodesboutique.com with the specific reason, and we will give you a refund or exchange, or store credit, once the original purchase is received back in our store, and meets the following requirements: 

Merchandise must have original tags attached and show no signs of wear, alterations or wash. If your return does not meet these requirements, we will notify you by email that the exchange/store credit will not be processed, and you merchandise will be shipped back to you. If you refuse said delivery, we reserve the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s). 

Please note that when we receive your return, $12.00 will be deducted from your refund for handling fees. The original shipping cost paid will not be refunded; only the merchandise purchased is eligible for a refund.

If any merchandise that was purchased as final sale is returned, Rhodes Boutique reserves the right to refuse the shipment. NO exceptions will be made. 

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for undergarments or swimwear (e.g., bras, shape wear, underwear, and swimsuits)

SPECIAL ORDERS that have been customized or personalized in any way are not eligible for store credit or exchange and cannot be returned.

ALL MERCHANDISE MARKED 'FINAL SALE' IS NON-RETURNABLE AND IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. THIS INCLUDES OTHER PROMOTIONS.

We cannot accept returns on Sale or Holiday items. If any merchandise that was purchased as final sale is returned, we will refuse to accept the shipment. No exceptions will be made.

Embroidery orders, custom orders of any kind, any promotional discounts and specials are sale items and are a Final Sale, and may not be returned. 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact our Receiving and Shipping Manager and we will try our best to find a solution. Please note: These terms do not apply to Wedding Registry orders, with the exception of Final Sale Items.  

Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is submitted. Payment will be obtained at the time the order is placed. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be fulfilled unless otherwise noted. This includes ALL in-store pick up orders.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may only be used for making purchases at Rhodes Boutique and Rhodes Home & Gift. Your use of a gift card constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions presented by the issuing merchant from time to time. Funds do not expire. Treat your gift card as cash; it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
