Return Policy
At Rhodes Boutique we always strive to make you happy!
Full-price items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase with receipt, if it meets the below requirements. For online orders, Customers have 5 days from delivery date to contact us for store credit or exchange.
Acceptable merchandise must be in its original new condition, with original packaging & tags attached, may not have been worn, must be free of marks, stains or any other signs of wear and tear. If these requirements are not met, a return will not be accepted.
Store credit may be issued via a physical or digital Rhodes Gift Card.
Full-price gifts may be exchanged by the recipient, with a gift receipt, within 10 days of purchase.

Final Sale items include Promotions, Discounts and Specials, Foundations, Swimwear, Embroidery, Custom Orders and Special Orders
Cancellation Policy
All orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is submitted. Payment will be obtained at the time the order is placed. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be fulfilled unless otherwise noted. This includes ALL in-store pick up orders.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may only be used for making purchases at Rhodes Boutique and Rhodes Home & Gift. Your use of a gift card constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions presented by the issuing merchant from time to time. Funds do not expire. Treat your gift card as cash; it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
