If you're not pleased with your purchase, contact us within 5 (five) days of the delivery date and we will issue you a refund or exchange (excludes final sale items). Please make sure the items are in their original unused/unopened condition, with the tags on. 

Please note that all EMBROIDERY ORDERS and all SALE ITEMS are final sale - this includes items purchased with a discount code at checkout. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will try our best to find a solution.
